Discover your travel stories in style

This is not an ordinary sightseeing trip, but a carefully crafted two-dimensional journey of geographical exploration and cultural immersion:

With the “full-region loop route” as the thread, it connects the holy city of Lhasa, the hidden secrets of eastern Tibet, Shannan (the birthplace of Tibet), the plateau of western Tibet, and the Everest scenic belt. The 10-day closed-loop journey has no retracing, completing a full pilgrimage to nature, history, and faith;

Rejecting hasty visits, we focus on “in-depth local experiences”: waiting for the golden sunrise over the world’s highest peak, listening to the echoes of Buddhist debates in thousand-year-old temples, entering Tibetan villages to chat about daily life, making every part of the journey warm and memorable.

  • Registration is not accepted for pregnant women, those with a history of severe altitude sickness, or those who have undergone surgery recently.
  • Participants must truthfully fill out a health information form when registering. Those who conceal their medical conditions shall bear the consequences themselves.

  • Clothing:

Windproof and waterproof hardshell jacket, fleece jacket, thermal underwear, thick outerwear, hiking shoes, woolen socks (prepare multiple pairs), sun hat, sunglasses, scarf (for wind and sun protection).

  • Gear:

Notes

  • Cultural Respect:

Remove hats and sunglasses when entering monasteries; short pants, short skirts, and off-the-shoulder clothing are not allowed.

Do not randomly take photos of monks or local Tibetans (photos can be taken only with their consent).

Do not touch prayer wheels, Buddha statues, or murals.

When circumambulating (walking around sacred sites), follow the clockwise direction.

  • Eco-Friendly Travel:

Do not litter or pick plateau vegetation; protect the Tibetan ecological environment (the plateau ecosystem is fragile, so garbage must be carried with you to designated recycling points).

  • Safety First:

Follow the arrangements of the tour guide and medical staff; do not leave the team without permission.

Avoid strenuous exercise in high-altitude areas and drink alcohol in moderation.

  • Climate Reminder:

The temperature difference between day and night in Tibet is large (up to 15-20℃); even in summer, a thick outerwear must be brought.

Ultraviolet radiation is strong, so adequate sun protection measures are required.

  • Diet Reminder:

Tibetan cuisine mainly consists of beef, mutton, and highland barley, with a relatively salty taste. You can prepare a small amount of snacks to relieve discomfort.

Drink plenty of water and eat more fruits and vegetables to help adapt to the high-altitude environment.
